Access denied when running Enable-SPFeature DocumentSet

While trying to enable Document Sets on a SharePoint 2010 Server site collection it failed, stating Access Denied, when using the following command:

Enable-SPFeature DocumentSet -URL http://intranet

This was a very simple mistake – I was not logged in as a farm administrator!
