Content databases contain orphaned items

Today when I logged into my SharePoint Central Administration it was warning me that the Health Analyzer had detected some critical issues that require attention.  When I looked at the issues this message was among them:

After reading the article that the link provided I realised this was probably caused when I restored some files to a SharePoint library from a backup tape.  Simply clicking the Repair Automatically button fixed this, as you can see in the screenshot below:
